My client boasts successful product services within their group, and have grown significantly as the business develops further within their field.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast paced organisation as a Generalist Advisor to take responsibility for HR Advice, recruitment and training for the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR the post holder will manage the full learning cycle, recruitment, Policy advice across all business areas, and be a key interface with senior management within the business.
·Analysis of training needs across all business and customer divisions
·To design and deliver engaging and interactive training programmes to support all learning
·Delivering of training across a wide range of methods, face to face and developing e-Learning packages
·Manage and lead in all on-boarding and Corporate inductions
·Contribute to the on-going development and maintenance of electronic training software
·Succession planning within the business
·Advising managers of HR Policies and process
This role would best suit a candidate from Engineering or manufacturing environment.
However an all round exposure HR, Training and recruitment is essential.
