Diversity & Inclusion Specialist - Professional Services

A leading international Professional Services firm are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join their team. Reporting into the Head of D&I, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Supporting in the delivery of the firm's D&I strategy across all geographies

Implementing D&I projects which in turn support the wider D&I strategy

Providing current and leading subject matter expertise

Keeping up to date in key developments, research and best practice

Building strong relationships with wider People teams in order to support their specific client groups

Identifying opportunities and areas for collaboration

As the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, you will possess:

Experience in designing and implementing D&I projects and initiatives

Strong stakeholder management experience

A genuine passion for Diversity & Inclusion

Strong communications skills both written and verbal

Exceptional knowledge for D&I best practice
