Your new role
You will have the opportunity to innovate, enhance and transform the style and content of the HR policies within the organisation to align to their ambitions and goals - this includes cementing them as an employer of choice. In this challenging and rewarding post, you'll be ensuring the culture and behaviour change is reflected in the policies. This will involve working alongside the wider HR team. This is an organisation which operates centres of excellence in Reward, Employee Relations, Talent & Recruitment and Learning, along with a HR Operations Shared Service team. The HR Business Partners provide the link between the centres of excellence and the leadership team in ensuring HR solutions are fit for purpose and delivered right first time. With a challenging People Programme, this is an exciting time to be in their HR team. A new HR strategy is being launched and this role is a critical part of the delivery plans.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in transforming HR policies to align to the organisations culture. In this pivotal post you'll use your expertise and innovation to design and deliver policies which are outcome focused. This role will suit an individual with drive and determination to make a real difference. Previous experience of working as part of a team and managing employee voice methods to engage on strategic and policy change is essential. You will need be well versed in project delivery and complex stakeholder management, including trade unions is desirable.
