Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with our national client in recruiting for a brand new ER Advisor to join their busy team.
This role will be based from Liverpool with responsibility for Case Management across the group over 15 sites.
This company boast a real passion for what they do and the services they offer, a passion for development and are seeking a like-minded specialist in Employee relations to join their HR function.

Partnering senior stakeholders within the business, and reporting into the ER Manager, the ER Advisor will manage key relationships, identify any potential risks to the business, conducting thorough investigations, and always looking at ways to implement improvements. There will be high volumes and complex caseworks to manage.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting, coaching and guiding management through a wide range of employee relations cases.

To be considered you will be a specialist in ER management - And you have a real passion for it! You will be a strong relationship builder and influencer, working closely with a group of stakeholders in supporting the wider business objectives, you will have strong employment legislations knowledge and be CIPD qualified. Experience in a similar role within a large professional services environment is essential for this role.
