Your new company
This large SSC is a very busy organisation who are growing exponentially even in the current climate. Based in East Birmingham this role will be on site in the nice offices. They work directly with large well known organisations and are a reputable brand. They have more than 100 employees on this site and are looking for Advisor to oversee these employees in a standalone role.
Your new role
This role will be a HR Generalist role which covers all aspects of HR from employee relations to recruitment. You will be the main point of contact for all issues which arise on the site and will be on hand to advise employees on all matters. You will be reporting directly into the Regional People Manager and will be on hand to advise them with grievances and disciplinary matters.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role ideally you will have worked in HR advisory roles in the past, have also worked for large busy SSC environments and be confident in working somewhere with a fast paced nature. You will also need to be comfortable in a stand alone HR role and be able to manage your time effectively. You will also need to be able to travel to East Birmingham on a daily basis.
