The Training Coordinator will design and deliver training programmes and training materials for end-users across the company, to ensure the portfolio of projects realise the full benefits of all process and system improvements.

Description

  • Identify, design, coordinate and deliver training for all process and IT changes across the project's portfolio, including classroom, practical learning, and supporting colleagues in the use of Self-Study packages via an e learning platform
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand the process and IT changes, ensuring the context for change is incorporated in the training material
  • Attend project meetings to ensure that all training requirements are identified, and relevant training is developed
  • Develop training material including user manuals, quick guides and 'how to' videos for each of the process and IT changes
  • Ensure that the key learning objectives and the policy and procedures relevant to any process and IT changes have been agreed for each training plan with the relevant stakeholders
  • Work with the Project Teams to ensure that all changes, including any software changes, are reflected in training courses and documentation
  • Work with the Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that new training courses are prepared in line with individual project timescales

Profile

  • Experience of designing and delivering project-based training plans and resources, specifically process and IT change focused
  • Excellent IT skills in all areas of Microsoft office and windows
  • Able to train in a variety of environments and engage at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience of working in a project environment
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, questioning & negotiation
  • Excellent written communication
  • Good knowledge and understanding of system analysis and process and flowchart mapping

Job Offer

  • Hours of Work - 37 per week
  • Annual Leave Entitlement - 24 days increasing to 27 days after 3 years service and 30 days after 5 years service
  • Pension - automatically enrolled into the Aviva Pension Scheme, minimum of 4.5% into the scheme and the Group will match an employees contribution up to a maximum of 6% of salary
