EMEA Payroll Manager paying up to £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits - Hertfordshire

A global business is seeking to recruit an experienced EMEA payroll manager to lead on the implementation of ADP across the regions and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance for the various countries. This role will also be mentoring and upskilling team members in the UK and employees who also work remotely.

The Role:

To lead and implement the global payroll role out within the EMEA regions

Managing the implementation of ADP and relationships with the outsourced vendors

Be the lead on all vendor management and making sure that the levels of service received are in line with the SLA's that have been agreed globally

Create and implement best practice models across the region and roll out KPI's and SLA's across the payroll function

Continually review the internal vendor relationships and review as and when needed

Oversee the processing of the company's EMEA payrolls

To resolve any escalated payroll queries and analyse reoccurring issues and address accordingly

Be able to quickly build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including outsourced vendors

To create the compliance framework and the control protocols to streamline processes

Develop and lead the payroll team for the staff in the UK and internationally

Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience with implementing new systems - ideally with ADP for the EMEA regions

Be able to identify gaps in processes and remedy quickly

Vendor management experience is a must

Ideally confident with ADP payroll platforms

Have the ability to push back to Senior Stakeholders

Not be scared of change and address any issues with staff and other employees and other stakeholders

Have a "roll up sleeves" mentality and go the extra mile to get the task done

Any other European languages would be highly desirable
