Annapurna are working with a prestigious client in the education sector based out in Kent looking for a new Head of HR. It's a brilliant opportunity to take on a no.1 role for the first time or for someone looking for something closer to home!

There is huge opportunity within this role to build out the function in whichever way you see fit, HR has a large presence within this organisation and for any ambitious HR professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills.

Key requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Extensive HR Generalist experience
  • The ability to work at a high pace

Role responsibilties:

  • Leading on HR and managing a team of 6
  • Dealing with any escalated ER cases
  • Setting the agenda for the annual people strategy
  • Managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders across the organisations
