End-to-end recruitment of permanent and fixed-term contract roles up to Senior Manager level across our Financial Services departments (made up of Investment Management and Financial Planning), Professional Services (Tax, Audit and Advisory) and out internal support departments

Agencies - effective management and monitoring of recruitment agencies; ensuring commercial terms are in place and adhered to, plus building relationships where appropriate

Trainee Recruitment - assisting the trainee recruiter during peak season, including assessment centres and telephone interviews

Recruitment System (eArcu) - day-to-day maintenance and updating of the experienced hire recruitment system, ensuring processes are adhered to and all key information is recorded

Projects - working alongside colleagues in the Recruitment team to deliver key recruitment and broader HR projects/initiatives

Support the Graduate Recruitment team as and when required

Support with recruitment administration as required; including invoice processing, reporting, compliance

Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
