Recruitment OfficerInvestment Management firm12 month FTC£45,000 - £50,000A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Investment Management firm on a 12 month basis. The ideal candidate must have previous experience recruiting into a mid-large sized accountancy firm or have internal accountancy recruitment experience. Unfortunately this will not suit an agency recruiter looking to make their first move in house.The client do not have time to train anyone, so please only apply if you have the necessary experience. Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment of permanent and fixed-term contract roles up to Senior Manager level across our Financial Services departments (made up of Investment Management and Financial Planning), Professional Services (Tax, Audit and Advisory) and out internal support departmentsManagement of temporary recruitmentDirect Hiring Initiatives - working with recruiting managers to identify the most cost effective method of identifying and attracting suitable candidates including:Internal referralsAdvertising Job board aggregators/managed servicesMarket mapping and search (social media/job boards etc)Agencies - effective management and monitoring of recruitment agencies; ensuring commercial terms are in place and adhered to, plus building relationships where appropriateTrainee Recruitment - assisting the trainee recruiter during peak season, including assessment centres and telephone interviewsRecruitment System (eArcu) - day-to-day maintenance and updating of the experienced hire recruitment system, ensuring processes are adhered to and all key information is recordedProjects - working alongside colleagues in the Recruitment team to deliver key recruitment and broader HR projects/initiativesSupport the Graduate Recruitment team as and when requiredSupport with recruitment administration as required; including invoice processing, reporting, complianceOther ad hoc duties as and when required. Skills and Experience:Significant recruitment experience gained from an in-house environment.Demonstrable experience of recruiting within accounting and finance and support roles.Experience managing high recruitment volumes (20+ live vacancies).Experience of reducing recruitment costs via direct sourcing methods.
