Ashley kate are looking for an experienced HR Administrator looking for a fresh challenge with a leading global business. This is an exciting time to join as the organisation who are going through a growth period.
You will be joining a well established HR team so will have the support there should you need it, however the ability to work autonomously and pro actively is a must.
We are looking for someone who is confident to work with HR systems, data and someone who can pull figures and analytics and present this data in an accurate and meaningful way.
Attention to detail is absolutely essential for this position.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the HR database so it is absolutely essential that you have worked on a HRIS and ideally have been involved in a data migration piece.
Producing monthly absence reports, ensuring that everything is filed and logged correctly
Producing MI reports as and when requested by the wider HR and Management team
Supporting the HR team on any other HR Administration duties, be it sending out offers and contracts, to updating payroll and personal information.
HR Administrator – The Person
It is essential that you have used have strong experience across working on HRIS and strong excel skills are needed
An exceptional ‘can do’ attitude being naturally friendly and approachable
You must have a proven background in HR Administration and a stable career history
This role will be based on site.
We are looking for someone who can work at pace to changing priorities, someone is a go getter with drive and initiative, who can really drive the HR function forward.
We need someone who is confident to be pro-active in the role, who will use their initiative to raise process improvements to the wider team, and someone who is happy to be involved in all aspects of HR Administration.
