Role: Learning & Development Partner Industry: Media Location: South London Salary: £500 - 700 per day LTD My client are a global media organisation who are looking for an experienced L&D Partner to join their Technology function immediately on an interim basis. You must be well versed in developing frameworks in different organisations and be highly competent in engaging and working with strong stakeholders. Having the ability to confidently take the lead and come up with ideas is crucial. They are shortly rolling out a series of Excellence programmes across multiple business areas so as the L&D specialist you will lead on this. Duties include:Developing core Frameworks:Capability Frameworks: Provide clarity on what we expect our colleagues to do and achieve Career Frameworks: Provide structured career options and pathwaysStandardisation of roles, titles and levels The above work will need to be fit-for-purpose for the Learning & Performance and HR team to:Identify strengths and development needsMeet development needs and build capability through learning interventionsManage performanceFacilitate effective recruitmentFacilitate internal mobility and successionIncrease engagement and reduce turnover You will have experience in multiple global businesses and working with senior stakeholders. You must be immediately available for a minimum of four months.
