Are you looking for a 6 month contract where you can provide high quality, consistent HR transactional services to managers and employees?

Can you demonstrate a successful track record in the manufacturing sector (min 2 years) delivering generalist HR including managing first level formal ER processes independently?

Are you able to prioritise and work to deadlines within a changing environment, handling sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

If this sounds like you, our client would be interested in hearing from you as they need additional support in a number of areas including:

  • Maintaining the HR information system (Workday) and owning the time and attendance system including supporting/coaching managers with policies and procedures knowledge
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date with legislative changes.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, assisting in writing job requisitions, and reviewing job applications
  • Supporting in employee case work
