Can you demonstrate a successful track record in the manufacturing sector (min 2 years) delivering generalist HR including managing first level formal ER processes independently?
Are you able to prioritise and work to deadlines within a changing environment, handling sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

- Maintaining the HR information system (Workday) and owning the time and attendance system including supporting/coaching managers with policies and procedures knowledge
- Maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date with legislative changes.
- Supporting the recruitment process, assisting in writing job requisitions, and reviewing job applications
- Supporting in employee case work
