Interim HRBP (Mergers & Acquisitions) - London (Home working) - £450 to 550 p/d or £80 - 90k FTC

My client is looking for an interim HR Business Partner with extensive M&A exposure to join their team for an initial 4-6 month contract.

This company are looking to bring somebody into the HR Business Partner team with extensive experience in M&A projects. This individual will be expected to lead the company through some acquisitions from a HR perspective and coach the rest of the HR team how to do it during this roles tenure.

In order to be considered for this role you need to possess the following;

- Extensive and recent experience of being a HRBP whilst the company is going through an M&A project(s)

- Extensive and recent experience of TUPE

- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including reward, employee relations, talent, succession planning, restructuring and leadership

- Experience of project management
