Specialist Recruiter - Technology, 6m FTC
This well known insurance company are looking for a strong Technical recruiter to join them for a 6 month contract, supporting them in a number of areas whilst they undergo a technical transformation project.
The role will be end to end recruitment delivery, focused on direct sourcing using predominantly LinkedIn Recruiter, your own technical network and various headhunting techniques. You will be tasked with finding best in industry technologists support on their technical transformation.
- End to end rec; taking in roles with hiring managers, creating ads, direct sourcing shortlist, business partnering with HMs throughout the process, extending offers
- Focus on building internal relationships and develop solid understanding of the business and focus areas as quickly as possible
- Ownership of your lines of business
- Internal experience is essential, ideally a minimum of 3 years internal in addition to any agency side experience
- Experience recruiting in the following areas: Site Reliability Engineers, Python, AWS, Java, experience with Informatica and ETL highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills and business partnering experience
- Personality type; hard working, committed, down to earth
