Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global law firm Headquartered in London for a 6 month contract. The role will be homeworking initially.

Working closely with their HR and Reward team, you will be focused on a Job Evaluation project. Your role will be to lead the evaluation of jobs across their business services populations; you will review the application of existing job classifications, assignment of job grades and salary ranges, write their job specifications and implement guiding principles to inform career levelling and structure as relevant to the business.

The successful candidate will have experience of working on similar job evaluation projects working with business services populations or similar.
