A full time, 8 month FTC with a great business in North Kent. This role involves managing the 360 degree recruitment process within the businesses technology recruitment drive, so you must be a subject specialist in this area. You will also have internal stakeholders with which to develop a working relationship and collaborate with them to find the suitable candidates, as well as working collaboratively within the wider recruitment team.

Description

• Deliver a flawless end to end recruitment service for specialist business areas (technology)
• Work closely with stakeholders to be a trusted consultant and manage expectations of recruitment needs
• Innovate and explore new talent acquisition techniques to ensure attraction of the best talent
• Carry out effective direct sourcing to reduce cost per hire using relevant sources
• Manage all vacancies through the ATS system
• Deliver weekly MI to the business, including strategic insights
• Build relationships internally and externally with the PSL agencies
• Spearhead the Referral programme through stakeholders to develop a talent pipeline
• Take full ownership of your resourcing requirements

Profile

• You will be a subject specialist in Technology recruitment
• You will have proven experience working with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers
• You will have experience managing external relationships (PSL agencies)
• You will be a self starter, and able to prioritise work load effectively and efficiently
• You will have previous experience recruiting in-house
• You will ideally be immediately available
• You will be available to work full time
