Learning & Development Advisor

Ashley Kate HR are currently supporting a leading organisation, based in Stevenage, in their search for a L&D Advisor.
Reporting to the L&D Manager you will join a team of around 9 to act as a consultant and advisor to a portion of the business. You will advise, design and develop around all aspects of Learning and Development and will provide cost-effective solutions to support management and team requirements.
This role does not involve the direct delivery of the training programmes as training providers are outsourced.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and imaginative Learning and Development Professional who is a credible communicator and a true team player.
Engaging with internal stakeholders, you will be creating and commissioning formal and informal development solutions to help us to deliver our future business commitments.
Providing specialist advice and guidance to our employees, business customers and HR colleagues, helping them to identify their development needs
Working collaboratively with our managed service provider, trusted suppliers and internal experts to source and/or deliver high quality learning solutions.
Leading strategic L&D initiatives for the UK, and occasionally, the international business
Finding and adopting new ways to help colleagues to learn
Salary on offer is up to £45,000 + Great Benefits.
