Senior HR Change Advisor
We have a great role for an experienced HR professional to lead on a variety of change projects
Were seeking an experienced HR professional with a solid background of leading and advising managers for programmes of change management.
You will be working with service managers/department heads on a variety of change management projects including : -
- Organisational change
- Change of role/location
Your role will be to engage department leads, reviewing a programme for change and advising on process, documentation, consultation and communications. You will support managers to lead change projects from start to finish.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional - HR Advisor/HRBP/HR Manager with a solid background of handling change management within complex organisations ideally within public sector / local authorities and unionised environments.
You will have well developed communication, organisational and project skills to manage change management projects.
Ideally MCIPD or equivalent HR/Change qualification
This is an initial 6 months fixed term contract to cover for an internal secondment due to covid response.
This role will be working from home and provided with a Laptop / keyboard etc..
