Your new company
Prominent and Successful Manchester Based Business are seeking to appoint a proactive and dynamic HR Service Manager.
Your new role
In this dynamic and agile business the main focus of your new role will be to lead the HR Services Team to ensure delivery and development of an effective and efficient continuous improvement focused HR service to the business by defining and developing HR Systems, Processes and People to achieve a consistent and effective HR services operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and developing KPI's, MI information
- Leading and Developing the People Services Team
- Working Collaboratively with the wider HR Team
- Driving and Delivering HR Improvement Projects
- Monitoring customer Feedback for Continuous Improvement
- Monitoring and Developing the total HR Operations process
- Managing a Budget
- Audit & Compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Experience within a similar HR Service Role
- Innovative, dynamic and solution focused approach
- Passion for Delivering and Developing an Effective HR Service
- Ability to Deliver in a fast paced Environment
- Ambition to succeed and develop
- Coaching & Leadership Skills
- Systems, Data & Reporting Capabilities
- Understanding and Prior Knowledge of Payroll
- HR Project Delivery Experience
- Resilience and Determination
- Sound ER and Employment Law Knowledge
