Job Details
A global law firm is looking for an L&D Coordinator to join their team in their London office.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Administer, schedule and organise the professional development programmes using the learning management system and other tools
- Liaising with speakers and trainers regarding seminars
- Advertise seminars to prospective attendees
- Produce seminar materials in accordance with speaker/trainer instructions
- Assist the L&D team and Global Head of L&D as required
- Assist with the budget and invoice administration
This person will:
- Have experience in a learning and development/HR/administration role ideally within a professional services environment
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have strong IT skills
- Work collaboratively in a team
- Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
