Badenoch + Clark are proud to be partnering with Lewisham Homes to recruit their HR Operations Manager. This is an exciting time to join the organisation at the start of their 3 year transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Your main responsibility in this role is the effective management and delivery of a professional and strategic HR service which promotes cultural values, supports business objectives and ensures excellence through people focused policies and best practice.

You will need to deliver a seamless customer focused HR and ER service to managers and staff throughout the employee lifecycle from workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward to employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.

You will lead on all policy and ER initiatives and will liaise with key stakeholders to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy.

You will also lead on job evaluations processes, manage change in the form of Tupe, restructures and redundancy and undertake any complex casework as well as coaching and developing the HR team in ER best practice and designing ER training programmes for managers.

You will be the first point of contact with the outsourced payroll provider to coordinate accurate and timely monthly payroll as well as providing accurate people focused data to the business.

Knowledge and skills required
*To succeed in this role you will have a proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard.

*Excellent knowledge and experience of ER, advising on complex employment law and including union negotiations

*Experience of designing and delivering a clear, progressive HR and ER solution

*Experience of successfully leading large scale change in a complex working environment

*MCIPD or Management Level HR Qualification

*Ideally experience working in a unionised environment

*Change-management experience including in organisational design
