Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join a well-established business in the recruitment sector. The role requires highly visible, hands-on support to the business across a wide ranging HR portfolio including employee relations, reward and recognition, employee retention and engagement, organisational change and development. This role will be pro-active in building the HR function in the business, developing strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels.
The right candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management or Applied Human Resources (or equivalent) and have at least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR setting. Experience in a recruitment setting would be an advantage. You will have an excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice and have experienced TUPE processes, managing complex casework and delivering training and coaching to managers to enhance HR skills sets.
You will be credible, confident and resilient, able to problem solve and hold both yourself and others accountable. You will be based in Trafford with travel to other offices in the UK regularly required.
