Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a leading, international financial services organisation in their search for a Benefits Manager.

This individual will join a small global team in the delivery of benefits across the global remit, mainly focusing on EMEA. The responsibilities include:

Management of EMEA benefits renewals

Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers

Implementation of benefits in non-UK geographies, working with local providers to determine a quality offering for each location inline with the overall regional philosophy

Working with the business to ensure excellent communication and understanding of business needs

Likely successful candidates will have experience implementing and managing benefits in both continental Europe and the UK.
