Job Details
A small management consultancy is looking for a part-time HR Coordinator to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Supporting employees within the APAC and EMEA region
- Responsibility for all HR Admin
- Coordinating the new starter and leavers processes
- Conducting the HR induction for all new employees
- Monitoring probationary reviews
This person must:
- Have generalist HR experience of administering payroll, benefits and recruitment
- Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Working towards CIPD level 5 or equivalent is desirable
