A small management consultancy is looking for a part-time HR Coordinator to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this include:

  • Supporting employees within the APAC and EMEA region

  • Responsibility for all HR Admin

  • Coordinating the new starter and leavers processes

  • Conducting the HR induction for all new employees

  • Monitoring probationary reviews

This person must:

  • Have generalist HR experience of administering payroll, benefits and recruitment

  • Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Working towards CIPD level 5 or equivalent is desirable
