You will be joining a well established international professional services organisation and covering a period of maternity role reporting into the Head of Reward.
Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Reward and Compensation Manager to join a large organisation based in Manchester City Centre. You will contribute to the development of a Reward Strategy that reflects business drivers including key external market factors, the management of the annual salary and bonus review cycle, the management of the businesses global recognition platform, responsibility for the management of external relationships with reward specialists and survey providers, as well as to provide advice on day-to-day compensation and reward operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Reward, the Reward and Compensation Manager will work in close liaison with HR Business Partners and HR Advisors in each area of the business to advise on the implementation on Reward and Compensation strategies. Working as part of a wider team you will be responsible for Reward & compensation, job evaluation, bench marking and also have a pivotal role in data analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to attract a specialist Reward & Compensation candidate with proven experience in this area
Must have experience also in job evaluation, bench marking and also be really strong on excel and reports.
