This is a stand alone full time or part time HR Manager role working for an SME business. The role is a start up position putting all processes in place, establishing ways of working and establishing HR within the business.
The role will report to the Group Finance Director and involve managing all generalist HR tasks; recruitment, L&D, HR, ER and of course involve all HR Administration tasks. You will manage the full employee life cycle; starters, leavers, onboarding and inductions.
You will be able to advise on HR strategy and influence change whilst managing HR projects.
- CIPD level 5 qualified
- HR Generalist experience
- Ideally have started up a HR function in an SME environment
