Learning & Development Manager
London, £50,000 - £60,000

Our client, a leading retailer, are looking to bring in a strong L&D professional to join their London in-house team.

This role will report directly to a Head of HR and have excellent senior level exposure. The vacancy will join and lead a small collaborative team of 3 and will work across Head Office, Retail and Distribution with all populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the team to deliver Learning & Development strategy across a number of business functions
  • Develop leadership and talent programmes in line with strategic priorities
  • Work with key stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning solutions across the business
  • Implement future talent development programmes including apprentices, graduates and entry routes
  • Own the business induction programme to deliver an excellent employee experience for new joiners
  • Own and implement a coaching culture across the business

Required Experience:

  • A strong and demonstrable background of success within Learning & Development, ideally for a similar corporate environment.
  • Clear experience across the whole learning and development cycle and comfortable with the development and implementation of learning solutions.
  • Ideally you will be a graduate with appropriate professional qualifications within L&D and Coaching
  • Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders

This role will drive the L&D strategy forwards focusing on cultural change, leadership skills and technical expertise.
