Generalist HR Advisor role working as part of a well established team.
Forward thinking business services client based in Leeds
This is a broad HR generalist role reporting into the HR Manager and supporting on all generalist aspects of HR whilst working as part of a team.
You will be responsible for advising on all HR and ER matters, processes and policies in line with legislation.
You will manage ER matters and support with disciplinaries and grievances and all written outcomes accordingly
You will ensure that you support the wider HR team with any HR Administration and maintenance of the HRIS.
As and when project work arises, you will be responsible for supporting on any projects and ensure that you are the go to for all HR advisory matters.
HR Advisor level experience- generalist background
Able to start with immediate effect
Salary up to £30,000
12-18 month FTC
