The Role
The Strategic Workforce Planning Expert will manage the formulation and development of SWP policies, methodologies, systems and techniques for the organisation. This is a great opportunity for you to develop workforce planning initiatives, partnering with the wider HR team and the business Heads.
The Criteria
In order to be considered for this fantastic new role, you will be an expert in developing workforce planning strategy. You will have good educational qualifications and experience from working in a large complex, reputable business.
