As the Exec PA/Paralegal you will be hired on a temporary to permanent basis for a well established firm in North Manchester.

Client Details

The Client is a well established technology business recruiting for an Exec PA/Paralegal to join their expanding team. To be considered for this role you must have a strong legal background.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include


  • First Review of Terms and Conditions for new customers
  • Review of terms after customer mark-up
  • Framework and General terms Schedule creation on new orders
  • Contract Negotiation (with escalation to you and/or a director)
  • Liaison with Company Lawyer
  • Task with the "getting all contracts signed" project
  • Supplier Contract project
  • Service Credit Management

    • Profile

    The Successful candidate will have/be

    Previous legal experience as a paralegal or legal secretary

    A minimum of two years experience in these areas

    Organised and pro active

    Available for an immediate start

    Strong literacy skills

    Job Offer

    A Salary of £30,000
