Payroll Service Delivery Manager (Global Outsourcing) £50k to £60k + Bonus - Reading A global leader in Chartered Accountancy seek an individual who is experienced in Payroll Service Delivery from a global standpoint. The role is to implement global outsourced payroll solutions for clients, and to make sure that they receive a seamless service. You will have experience in understanding client needs and objections also worked with in-country teams to manage client expectations. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will need to be a proven problem solver and offer realistic solutions and time frames. The role:Ensure that Platforms match client requirements: An understanding of the normal payroll process flow is needed.Ensure parallel testing processes and requirements are fully documented and agreed with clients.Support and/or lead parallel and post-Service Delivery activities: including the review of payroll results, co-ordination with clients and in country teams, and issue identification & resolution.Manage ongoing projects, working with offshore teams in both Mauritius and Belfast to manage daily deliverables, dealing with escalations & queries. Lead Support and process requirements workshops with clients ensuring requirements are fully documented.Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders, identifying specific issues and action plans for resolution as well as coming up with solutions/recommendations for challenges encounteredDefine and maintain country-specific process documentation Develop and maintain strong working relationships internally as well as the client and in-country teamsAssist in payroll bids and pre-sales activities including presentations and workshopsRecruit, develop and motivate our employees (includes participating in recruitment, ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines and ensuring appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for counselees) Essential skills:Must have global payroll experience as well as technical knowledgeMust have strong communication skills internal and externalMust have an eye for detail with an attention to detail mindsetStrong service delivery skill set for new and existing clientsStrong IT systems skill setBe a proven business partnerHave the ability to influence and look at the bigger picture
