We are currently partnering with a well-known Hospitality brand who are currently looking to recruit for a Learning and Development Manager to be based anywhere within the UK. Head office based in London.As a member of the People Team, you will deliver first class expertise in Leadership and Management training to all restaurants across the UK. You will support the wider L&D teams, NSO teams and any in store coaches in the development of high-quality learning materials and tools.The business have been in a very strong position during this pandemic with the view to grow further once restrictions are lifted.
Day to day you will:
Design and Delivery - lead the scoping, design, development and delivery for all training modules in accordance with their internal models.
Deliver innovative leadership development initiatives - working 1:1 with senior leadership but also in larger groups.
Partner with senior leadership - forging strong relationships within the business to ensure all materials are relevant and up to date. You will also be working closely with them to plan ahead for any future training needs, gaps or opportunities.
Partner with Directors to implement the L&D strategy and plan, focusing on both local and pan-organisation learning needs
Lead internal and external projects where appropriate to produce relevant learning solutions.
Lead L&D budget management including 2019/20 budget setting/ allocation
Your profile:Minimum of 5 years' experience in all-round L&D positions
You will ideally have experience within the Hospitality industry
Knowledge of learning theories, frameworks, digital techniques, design, implementation and evaluation methods.
Experience around L&D analysis, design and facilitation skills
Excellent stakeholder and relationship Management
