L&D Digital Learning Manager - Law Firm

Your new role

This is an exciting new role and you will be responsible for creating and managing world class digital learning for an international law firm. Working collaboratively with colleagues and third party providers, this role will see the successful candidate leading on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended and digital learning solutions for the firm.

The Digital Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the management of all digital learning across the firm with the exclusion of IT systems training which is managed through our IT training team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing digital learning needs as part of a blended learning solution.
  • Designing & Implementing digital learning solutions to meet the strategic priorities of the firm.
  • Management of supplier relationships for external digital learning content.
  • Promoting digital learning initiatives and programmes through internal communication
  • Managing the LMS platform and the supplier relationship.
  • Managing, set up and support for hosting live Webinars, podcasts and virtual learning sessions (virtual classroom and remote tutor)
  • Management of the Learning & Development evaluation & reporting




What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven track record in managing the complete digital learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating digital learning content in a professional skills environment.
  • Strong planning & project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Experienced in working with various LMS systems and managing supplier relationships, experience with Cornerstone LMS would be an advantage but not essential.
  • A wide breadth of knowledge of creating ELearning, Webinars and Podcasts
  • Experience in setting up virtual and remote classrooms and the associated technology/software, enabling interactive and experiential learning experiences
