Job Details
Morgan McKinley are excited to be working with a high growth business in the search for a HR Business Partner to join the Head Office team in Reading. We are looking for a driven, motivated self starter to take ownership of HR Projects and processes.
The day to day duties include:
- Looking after the southern region for the business
- Mentoring and coaching of operational manager on site
- Leading employee engagement
- Ownership of compliance reporting and standards
- Using MI data to trends in the workforce
- TUPE and business integration
- Training and coaching of HR Administrator
