Supply Purchasing Administrator
This is a varied, administration focused position which would suit an individual who is detail orientated and enjoys working in a fast paced opportunity to support customers by delivering an excellent standard of service. Excellent written communication is essential in this role as you will be responding to all queries via email.

- Completing the cycle of stock ordering, shipment and warehouse delivery
- Responding to all customer queries via email to provide updated on delivery dates/times
- Using Salesforce to record all information
- Processing sales orders
- Making adjustments on the website, reflecting the changing stock position
- Daily and weekly reporting
- Communicating between Internal departments
This role would suit a conscientious individual who is organised with excellent attention to detail and enjoys a customer focused role. The team are hugely supportive and will provide full training. Experience using Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential.
