L&D Project Consultant (Rise / Articulate Storyline)

If you are passionate about managing project reporting, and can effectively transform business requirements into innovative technical solutions aligned with business processes, this may be the role for you.

You will be working closely with an evolving and changing business to track the progress and resourcing profile for the L&D workstream. By working with L&D and project stakeholders, you will help provide assurance for the right resources, with the right training at the right time. You will assist L&D in the creation and production of digital learning assets to increase user knowledge, skill and competence.

In this role you will maintain and update L&D project management reporting, to provide timely and accurate assurance on project resource capacity and delivery.
You'll work with the wider project team to ensure training resources have a documented plan, which are achievable, deliverable and realistic.
In addition, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand product, technical and process training requirements.
A key focus is to work with Learning Design Consultants to convert detailed and complex processes, products and software applications into engaging and easy to understand learning solutions.
Ideally you'll have experience in providing instructional design expertise for the analysis, design and implementation of learning for use in online, blended or face-to-face events.

In order to be considered for this role you need to evidence a track record in L&D project management reporting.
You should also have in depth experience with E-Learning development technologies such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Rise / Articulate Storyline
