Page Personnel are working with a Lancaster-based client within the manufacturing industry. They are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join an established team and assist with all aspects of HR.
Our client are a growing manufacturing business in Lancaster who are seeking an HR Assistant to join an established team. The role involves all aspects of HR and will provide good exposure for someone looking to develop their HR career.
The key responsibilities for the HR Assistant are acting as first point of contact for all HR queries, updating and maintaining HR systems, providing accurate advice and guidance on basic employee matters, escalating complex queries, supporting recruitment processes, assisting with onboarding and induction, coordinating HR processes, policy reviews, collating payroll information and all aspects of HR administration. The role is based in Lancaster.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- experience within a HR role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to build relationships
- ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines
- keen eye for detail
- computer literacy with MS Office and HR systems
- CIPD Level 3 desired but not essential
Our client offers a salary £20-25K depending on experience, potential CIPD funding, good benefits, remote and flexible working.
