This leading and ever-growing Fintech business is looking to recruit an EMEA lead for their Learning function.
This is a global role and will partner with the Technology leadership team to drive an integrated L&D strategy to achieve the learning goals of the business.

They are looking for:
- Proven experience of delivering and implementing a global L&D strategy.
- Previous experience managing the learning strategy for a tech business, or function.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working globally.
