.**£60,000 - HR/Reward Compliance Manager - 9-month FTC**

Annapurna are currently working with a FTSE250 business looking for someone to support their healthcare division here in the UK, the role is a hybrid between reward, payroll and compliance.

It is a fantastic opportunity to work on a business critical project and work closely with the public sector during these incredibly difficult times.

Key requirements:

  • Experience integrating multiple different payrolls.
  • Exposure to the public sector or healthcare (ideal not essential)
  • Data driven

Role responsibilities:

  • Harmonising various terms and conditions, as well as, payrolls across the Healthcare business.
  • Continually plan and assess changes in legislation to make sure the business is best places.
  • Attend the reward forum and regularly collaborate with the CoE on business wide matters.
