Annapurna are currently working with a FTSE250 business looking for someone to support their healthcare division here in the UK, the role is a hybrid between reward, payroll and compliance.
It is a fantastic opportunity to work on a business critical project and work closely with the public sector during these incredibly difficult times.
- Experience integrating multiple different payrolls.
- Exposure to the public sector or healthcare (ideal not essential)
- Data driven
- Harmonising various terms and conditions, as well as, payrolls across the Healthcare business.
- Continually plan and assess changes in legislation to make sure the business is best places.
- Attend the reward forum and regularly collaborate with the CoE on business wide matters.
