Henlee Resourcing is working with this leading business based in Andover to source an In-house Recruitment Specialist to join their HR team on a permanent basis.

This is a new role to the business, responsible for the day to day delivery of recruitment activity for all positions, advertising, proactive sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers and on-boarding, whilst ensuring a 'best in class' candidate and line management experience at all times.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Posting adverts, reviewing applications, head hunting, screening, talent pooling and, managing agencies relationships
  • Logging CV's, arranging and undertaking interviews, managing the testing process
  • Processing offers; contract preparation, referencing, qualification checks and DBS's
  • Processing regret letters and offering feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Supporting the HR team with any projects as directed

Suitable applicants will have experience of recruiting in an in-house environment or, working in HR with a recruitment 'lean'. You must be hard-working, tenacious, able to think outside the box and adaptable to a change-environment, with varying volumes of roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships internally and externally is essential.
