Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

£90-100K pro rata for six months

Six month FTC

Remote currently, central London next year (TBC)

Global FinTech firm are looking to engage a progressive Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Consultant for a six-month contract. This organisation is 100% on board with making changes to create a truly inclusive environment where people can bring their whole self to work.

As the subject matter expert you will partner with the Senior Leadership Team, using expertise and research to influence and persuade, while aligning the diversity and inclusion strategy with business-critical objectives

Define the key success metrics and help develop the reporting to ensure we are tracking our progress effectively and constantly evolving

Become a visible diversity and inclusion champion, communicating regularly to the company through company updates, employee forums and focus groups

Strengthen the employer brand by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives and programmes of work externally

Develop a culture of continuous learning through training, external speakers and self-education programmes along with creating channels for underrepresented groups

Your profile:

You will have previous experience of leading and delivering diversity and inclusion programs in a rapidly growing business

You will have previously worked at exec level presenting your ideas at board level

You are a strong leader who can demonstrate successful delivery through various channels in a global matrix environment
