Head of HR and Organisational Development role within a Not-for-Profit organisation based in the East Midlands.

The client is a Not-for-Profit organsiation based in the East Midlands.
Description
As Head of HR and Organisational Development you will be operating at a more strategic level, in order to deliver a more 'proactive' HR offering. Responsibilities will include;
- Driving forward the HR and OD agenda within the business
- Line management of a small HR team
- Manage the more complex ER casework
- Developing the People Strategy to reflect the business' objectives
- Design, develop and deliver the EDI strategy
- Responsible for developing the Talent Management strategy including working on recruitment and attraction processes, onboarding and induction as well as retention and engagement.
- Manage various other HR projects as and when required
- Being a critical partner to the CEO and SLT, providing sound guidance and advice around possible restructures etc.
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- Minimum CIPD Level 5
- Proven track record of managing HR teams
- Able to operate at a senior level
- Enthusiastic and energetic about enabling HR to operate more proactively
- Previous experience in either a Public Sector or Not-for-Profit organisation is desirable
