Job Details
A leading global law firm are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for:
- Working to provide a proactive and forward-thinking resourcing service
- Responsibility for lateral recruitment into a specific practice group
- Driving the legal lateral hire programme for the practice area
- Supporting HR to confirm hiring priorities and executing the recruitment plan
- Managing an efficient and effective recruitment process
- Preparing job descriptions with relevant colleagues and agreeing the attraction and selection process in line with D&I strategy
- Being aligned with the firm's employer brand
- Assisting with managing the recruitment PSL
- Regularly reviewing candidate experience
- Acting as a subject matter expert on all recruitment related matters
- Salary mapping for legal teams
As Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:
- Proven and extensive knowledge and experience of the London legal recruitment market
- Experience managing recruitment processes and direct sourcing
- Client management experience
- Ability to develop strong internal relationships at all levels
