Interim Regulatory Reward Manager - London
A global Bank, with EMEA Head offices in London City are recruiting an Interim Regulatory Reward Manager to be responsible for the compliance with remuneration regulations across EMEA.
Your new role
This interim role, reports directly into the Head of Reward, and manages the regulatory reporting within the compensation team. You will drive group implementation of regulatory projects in remuneration. You will provide subject matter expertise and experience in EMEA Remunerations Regulations to ensure compliance is met.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in compensation within Banking, and a deep understanding of regulations including Guarantees, Material Risk Takers, Remuneration Code, and Senior Manager Regime. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering regulatory reward design projects.
