This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned Financial Services firm in North London as an experienced Administrator. They are currently looking for a candidate with at least 3 years' experience working within the Financial Services industry as an administrator with excellent attention to detail and communicative skills.

Description
- Provide all round administrative support to the firm
- Maintain a high level of service
- Working to tight deadlines
- First point of contact for client queries, over the phone, by email and in person
- Diary and travel management for the Directors
- Assist with meeting preparation
Profile
- Experience working within Financial Services and comfortable working within a corporate environment
- Local to North London
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Accurate and high attention to detail
- Friendly and personable
- Competent using IT systems including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
