This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned Financial Services firm in North London as an experienced Administrator. They are currently looking for a candidate with at least 3 years' experience working within the Financial Services industry as an administrator with excellent attention to detail and communicative skills.

  • Provide all round administrative support to the firm
  • Maintain a high level of service
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • First point of contact for client queries, over the phone, by email and in person
  • Diary and travel management for the Directors
  • Assist with meeting preparation


  • Experience working within Financial Services and comfortable working within a corporate environment
  • Local to North London
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Accurate and high attention to detail
  • Friendly and personable
  • Competent using IT systems including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
