Job Details
I am recruiting for an exciting HRIS Workday Manager role within a successful management consultancy based in London - a great opportunity to be the focal point of the HRIS team. This is a 3-month FTC with scope to extend permanently, paying around £50,000.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading system testing
- Ensuring all data on the system is accurate and up to date
- Put together a clear and concise plan for the HRIS function
- Managing the HRIS assistant
- Lead on the implementation of new products in relation to the system
You will:
- Minimum 3 years Workday experience
- Heavy involvement in a Workday implementation
- Very strong data integrity skills and experience
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to work with limited supervision and guidance
- Proven stakeholder management skills
