HR Project Management Officer
12 month FTC
£35,000pa - £40,000pa
Central London
My client, a global engineering company, are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a number of project managers within the Learning and Development centre of excellence. This opportunity offers excellent exposure to Learning and Leadership Development projects as well as the wider company initiatives in relation to talent, culture and values.
To be considered for this role, you are likely to;
- Have 2-3 years HR or project experience or have recently entered the market following competition of a HR graduate programme.
- Have experience within a large, global business OR a start-up environment.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification as a minimum.
- Be confident working with data and reporting on excel - experience using pivot tables on Excel and moving data sets is a must.
- Have proven your ability to use your initiative and work in a varied and ambiguous environment.
- Have experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Be highly organised.
